My Playlist 16-7-x

Its been some time i wrote here and gaps between each post is getting wider… :-( But I hope in future , i might post more here as i am expecting something which might help me stay connected much more efficiently .Anyway coming to today’s post , as i said in my earlier post , this is just a weekly update of my play list but this time a little more of what i thought of those songs when i listen…..Again as i said earlier , search these songs in raaga.com or last.fm , you will definitely find them for sure…

1.)no me ames (duet with marc anthony) from On The 6 by Jlo

- this song used to be my favorite in my school days when AIWA cassette player were the latest boy thing … really lovely songs , but i don’t know what the real meaning is … :-)

2.)Shattered from This is Us by Backstreet Boys

- One of my favorite band .. even though off lately they aren’t that good , as they used to be some years before , but still they are my favs

3.)Kan Vizhithal from Guru

- Really beautiful melody . Sung beautifully by Sowmya Raoh

4.)Oh Shala from Kaadhal Solla Vanthen by yUvan

- Currently the most heard song , it has really nice feel to it , even though i felt the lyrics could have been a little bit better.

5.)My World’s Spinning from I Believe by Tata Young

- I dont know why , but this week the list is mostly of my school days favourite.. This song has so much memories. Its really a energetic love song , just like Anbil avan song from  VTV

6.)Taramp from Doli Saja ke rakhna By A.R

-Even though i dont know what the real meaning is , I still love the song , thats the wonder of music.. Its counterpart in Tamil is Jodi , But Hindi version was the first to come . So since i heard it first in Hindi I prefered the Hindi Version more.Again this song has so much memories in it….

7.)Spectacle Discovery from National Treasure OST

-The use instruments is really amazing in this OST.

8.)Poojava Poojava from Priyamudan

-One of the few songs which takes love so deep and dark. The lyrics in particular are deep and strong. One of my favourites.Actually that film is all time favourite.

9.)Elay Elay-Kid version from Kathiri Veyil

-The kids voice is sharp and the speed pickup of the whole song is just correct, added with the sweet crisp , bits of her reply to the kids reply makes this a unique song .. Must hear.! And don’t miss the soft piano in the deep background – its the same music when the song starts. When you hear it the along with the whole song , it gives a different feel to the song. Just try it..After all Music is another form of art !

Successfully Upgraded to WordPress 3.0

Had been trying to upgrade to the new wordpress 3.0 for the past few days . But was stone walling on a error “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2356995 bytes)" . It seems due to the new theme called "Twenty ten", the file size of the wordpress exceeds 32mb limit. Anyway got a solution of the internet , where a simple editing of the wp_config.php file would do the trick.

Anyone hitting the same problem , here is how to overcome.

* Login your server via FTP (I prefer Filezilla)
* Download wp-config.php located in the root of your WordPress install
* Edit it using a text editor like Notepad
* Add this line after after the define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);
* Upload and replace wp-config.php file

This would fix the problem. If you still run into problem let me know.Dont know whether the new WP is fast , but i see improvement page rendering slightly better.
